IMPORTANT! Please read before booking appointment

  • If you wish to schedule more than 1 service at a time, please choose the largest service first. You will then be shown options to add smaller services.
  • Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment.
  • If you are late you will have to wait until next available spot.
  • Deposit Requirement: All facial services require a non-refundable deposit of $35 at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
  • Reservation Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed upon receipt of the $35 deposit. We recommend booking your appointment well in advance to secure your preferred time and date.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, your $35 deposit will be forfeited and considered non-refundable. The deposit cannot be transferred to a new appointment or credited towards any other service.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. In such cases, your $35 deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Refund Policy: In no-show scenario, deposits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Walk-Ins are also welcome and are assisted in-between appointments. Estimated wait times may be longer than expected.
  • I understand that CANCELLING my appointment is NOT allowed. Rescheduling is allowed only once, if done 24 hours before my appointment time.
